Because one of the most important goods protected by law is health, the regulations included in the branch of administrative law are to serve its protection. Nor can one forget that public authorities must protect public health. The state carries out its tasks, among other things, by introducing restrictions on retail trade of the medicinal products. Such limitations have been inscribed into the essence of the social market economy, which is characterised by parallel economic and social goals. Although all kinds of restrictions on the issue are justified, they are somewhat restrictive.

Most of them are not synthesised in the body, therefore they must be supplied with food. They interact with enzymes, which is why they are often called coenzymes or catalysts. Vitamins regulate many life processes. Their deficiency may cause disturbances in metabolic processes and promote the development of various types of diseases. The aim of the work was to analyse the level of vitamin A content available on the Polish pharmaceutical market and dietary supplements.

Purpose: To assess the state of knowledge among students from John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska in the impact and effectiveness of vitamin A supplementation on the human body. As well as the assessment of students' knowledge concerning the problem of deficits and diseases caused the overdose of vitamin A. Materials and methods: The study was conducted among 70 students of the John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska in the period March - April 2018. We used the diagnostic survey method based on the original questionnaire. Results: Students have knowledge about dietary supplements; they could indicate the main effect of the preparations. 62.86% of the respondents knew the correct definition of dietary supplements. They had difficulty with the term of vitamin A in the human body and the diseases caused by the lack of it. The problem was a detailed knowledge of the occurrence and impact on the body of vitamin A supplementation. A small percentage (14.29%) students have ever taken supplements. Conclusions: Students have knowledge about dietary supplements

Pcafflict 26.6-53% of the workers, exposed to dust contamination. The major feature of Pc course is irrevocability and incurability. Purpose: The research of the effect of ethylmethyl hydroxypyridine succinate, possessing antioxidant and antihypoxant characteristics, on the oxygen metabolism, acid-alkaline state, and lipid peroxidation at the background of experimental pneumoconiosis in albino rats. Material and methods: Pneumoconiosis was simulated on 72 albino rats through endotracheal injection of black coal suspension, on our own modification of O. Yu. Nykolenko methodology. Results: Manifestations of experimental pneumoconiosis depended on the period of dust inhalation. Development of experimental pneumoconiosis was found to result in the decreased partial oxygen pressure in the arterial blood, compensated hyperventilation-induced respiratory alkalosis, and marked increase in lipid peroxidation activity that could be seen in the blood content of malondialdehyde, as well as of conjugated dienes and trienes. Conclusions: Application of ethylmethylhydroxy pyridine succinate in experimental pneumoconiosis has been found to improve oxygen metabolism, acid-alkaline state, and lipid peroxidation that is revealed in normalization of the partial oxygen pressure in the arterial blood, oxygen saturation of haemoglobin, index of bases' deficiency BE (Base-Excess), and in 1.6-2.0 decrease in the content of malondialdehyde, as well as of conjugated dienes and trienes.

It is related to the fact that they are simply conjoined to each other. Through their unnatural structure, they challenge not only medical or ethical boundaries, but also legal. Some even say that they pose a threat to rooted social values.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia accounts for 75% of leukemia cases in the world. Lymphoblastic leukemia is a cancer disease that originates in B or T cell lymphocytes, which expansion takes place in blood and in the bone marrow. The etiology of the disease is not fully understood because it consists of several factors conditioning its formation. The most important element is the early detection and taking actions resulting in effective disease control through treatment and care of the patient. The nursing process should allow the patient to be involved in and accept the ongoing cancer process, and medical personnel, family and specialists in such fields as psychology and psychiatry should participate.
