It identifies the problem areas in the professional work of the study group, including exposure to pathogens. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study involved a group of 310 persons: nurses employed in various hospitals and medical institutions. The subjects were aged 23-50 years and above and had work experience ranging from 1 year of service to 35 years and above. The study used a diagnostic survey method based on a survey technique using a proprietary survey questionnaire. The research was administered in an online format in 2023. Findings: There are pathogenic factors at nurses' work including such factors as stress, work overload and biological factors. Regardless of the workplace, the vast majority of nursing staff described their exposure to harmful factors at very high levels. They showed a failure of active involvement and discussion concerning improving working conditions and a lack of conversation about pathogens. Practical implications: The article presents the current knowledge of pathogenic factors in medical facilities and nurses' assessment of these factors. The factors mentioned in the article hinder the professional activity of medical personnel and may lead to the occurrence of diseases. The presented results from our own research may serve some initiative in initiating activity among this professional group, including a dialogue between the medical staff and management in the reduction of the listed factors. Furthermore, it may prompt a discussion on the problems diagnosed in the research. The lack of active involvement of nurses in improving working conditions should change. Originality/Value: The authors present original research that has shown the threat from pathogenic factors in the workplace of medical staff, which significantly hinders professional activity and often causes illnesses and even results in a career change. The presentation of this topic is timely in view of the society expecting high quality medical services. The research conducted provides a basis for outlining new scientific challenges in nursing.

Ultimately, the analysis of the article focuses on examining both the benefits and potential challenges associated with integrating Chat GPT into people's professional endeavors. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of Chat GPT and its impact on various professions. Design/Methodology/Approach: The article employed the following methods: literature review and analysis of the impact of the Chat GPT tool on the job market. The focus was on examining various perspectives and considering the main concepts related to Chat GPT. Findings: Based on the conducted analyses, it was determined that Chat GPT has assisted professionals in their work, but at this moment, it is not capable of replacing humans in their respective occupations. Practical implications: The results presented in the article hold significant practical implications for the readers. Furthermore, the outlined benefits and inconveniences of using Chat GPT may contribute to raising the awareness of recipients in the context of Artificial Intelligence. Emphasizing the conclusions can be valuable for recipients in the context of their respective professions, aiding them in enhancing the efficiency of their work. Originality/value: This article stands out by offering a fresh perspective on the presented issue. The uniqueness of this study lies in its innovative approach, enabling substantive conclusions regarding professional work in the era of Chat GPT. Furthermore, its value is particularly significant for the academic community, offering new insights that can inspire further research in this field.

Materials and methods: The study used the method of analysis of legal acts, data of the Central Statistical Office and analysis of the literature on the subject. Based on the qualitative analysis of the available documents, the main changes in the employment of university and secondary school graduates were indicated, taking into account the main factors limiting their employment. Results: People with higher education are in a particularly good situation on the labour market compared to secondary school graduates. In the process of hiring employees, the age, the field of study of the candidate and the actual situation on the labour market are important. Conclusions: Factors limiting employment were identified, both on the part of employers and the graduates themselves, taking into account the selected time period and the situation on the labour market. Streszczenie: Przedmiotem pracy jest wskazanie sytuacji studentów i absolwentów na polskim rynku pracy z uwzględnieniem danych o liczbie studiujących i absolwentów oraz statystyk zatrudnienia i bezrobocia w wybranych latach. Materiały i metody: W opracowaniu wykorzystano metodę analizy aktów prawnych, dane Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego i analizę literatury przedmiotu. Opierając się na analizie jakościowej dostępnych dokumentów wskazano główne zmiany w zatrudnieniu absolwentów szkół wyższych i szkół ponadpodstawowych z uwzględnieniem głównych czynników ograniczających ich zatrudnienie. Wyniki: W szczególnie dobrej sytuacji na rynku pracy są osoby z wyższym wykształceniem w porównaniu z absolwentami szkół ponadpodstawowych. W procesie zatrudnienia pracowników znaczenie ma wiek, kierunek studiów kandydata do pracy i rzeczywista sytuacja na rynku pracy. Wnioski: Wskazano czynniki ograniczające zatrudnienie, zarówno te po stronie pracodawców, jak i samych absolwentów z uwzględnieniem wybranego okresu czasowego i sytuacji na rynku pracy.

Within the scope of the main objective, a preliminary and ratio analysis of the financial statements of the company was conducted. Design/Methodology/Approach: The article was written using the following methods: literature criticism, data analysis, including financial analysis, and conclusion. Particular attention was paid to the level of financial liquidity, profitability and debt of the examined company. Findings: Based on the analyses carried out, it was found that the level of financial liquidity of the analysed company was below the safe range of 1.5 to 2.0 (Nowak, 2002, Bień, 2018). The immediate liquidity ratio was at a satisfactory level, proving that there were no problems with the timely payment of liabilities. In addition, it was shown that the company's overall financial situation was stable, as its financial ratios in the analysed years were profitable and with a growing trend. Practical implications: The presented analysis shows that despite the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, the researched company was operating very well and the level of liquidity depends to a large extent on future sales. Originality/value: This article presents an analysis of a company in the food industry. The conducted analyses showed that the financial situation of the company is very good, and thus further, dynamic development of the company is possible.

In addition, the characteristics of transport and air transport in Poland were presented and a forecast of changes in the number of passenger transport until 2035. The main purpose of the work was to identify changes in the number of passenger transport in air transport in Poland in 2012-2022, and especially in 2020-2022 when there was a sudden and significant decrease in demand for such services. The source of data used was the literature on the subject and statistical data from the Civil Aviation Office. Research shows that in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic negatively impacted air transport in Poland and beyond, as the number of passenger air transport plummeted, which was dictated by the sanitary restrictions introduced by the governments of individual countries.

It is of major interest to both central and local authorities. For the purposes of this study, a research questionnaire was conducted on the issue of transport exclusion. The area of the research carried out was Biała County, composed of seventeen communes and two cities. The data were collected based on an electronic questionnaire, i.e., using the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview). In total, 473 inhabitants of the studied area took part in the survey. Logistic regression, Spearman's rank correlation method, and Pearson's chi-square test of independence were all used in the data analysis. The research shows that local communities emphasise the problem of an insufficient number of connections or point out the complete lack of connections with respect to particular localities. Transport exclusion affects, in particular, people living in small towns, the elderly, the disadvantaged, and the disabled. The lack of basic means of transport hinders access to the labour market, especially for people starting their vocational careers, as well as for education, health care, and other spheres of human life. The lack of collective transport forces the inhabitants to use their own cars. As a consequence, the environment suffers from it (more and more exhaust fumes are getting into the air), road infrastructure is excessively being used and the number of accidents is increasing. Additionally, there are traffic jams at the entrances to cities (congestion). Limited access to public transport or its total absence results in the depopulation of localities and halting the development of selected communes.
