Streszczenie: The aim of the study is to determine the pedagogical conditions for the formation of cultural code in the minds of teachers in Eastern Europe. The study analyzes the features of the formation of the cultural code of students-future teachers-Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Poland. Russian cultural code is of international (international) importance. In order for the code not to acquire signs of national chauvinism, the consciousness of teachers of the 21ST century in Eastern Europe (Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Poland) should take into account both national and international. The meaningful context of the development of cultural code should be connected not only with political events, but also with the works of classics of national and world literature, with the characters of national folklore - symbols of good, justice, high morality and patriotism.
