Furthermore, the changes resulting from the development of information technologies are presented, with particular emphasis on the scale of the phenomenon. The authors elucidate the distinction between the Internet and cyberspace, as well as the origins of the term "cyberspace," which continues to evoke criticism within the scientific community and poses challenges in terms of definition. The authors also address the hazards associated with Internet usage, categorizing them as physical, psychological, social, and dependencies on cyberspace. Design/Methodology/Approach: Taking into account the magnitude of the phenomenon, the subject of investigation for this study is defined as security threats in cyberspace. Adhering to the theoretical principles of research goal specification, the aim of this study is to present the threats and their impact on cybersecurity in cyberspace. The aforementioned objective is achieved by utilizing theoretical information from the literature on the subject and conducting original research. The primary research problem adopted for this study is as follows: What are the most influential threats to cybersecurity in cyberspace, and what countermeasures exist to mitigate these threats? Accordingly, the following hypothesis is formulated in response to the research problem: Each type of threat carries significant consequences, and it is imperative to counteract these threats through appropriate Internet usage practices. The research employs a methodology that involves literature analysis, the examination of legal acts related to cyber security, detailed analysis of data from the "Teenagers 3.0" nationwide study conducted by NASK - a National Research Institute, as well as synthesis. The authors' existing knowledge on this issue is also taken into account. Findings: The immense potential of opportunities inherent in cyberspace can bring numerous benefits in various aspects of everyday life, particularly for teenagers who seek answers to many pressing questions. However, cyberspace can also pose numerous threats, including those in the physical, psychological, and social spheres. There is a low societal awareness regarding cyber threats, as well as low effectiveness in preventing cyber addictions. Practical implications: The article identifies security threats in cyberspace. The authors address this issue in the context of the occurrence of physical, psychological, and social risks among teenagers, as well as youth's dependency on cyberspace, the Internet, and computer games. Originality/Value: The authors present how the development and widespread use of the Internet influence the creation of the phenomenon of virtualization of reality, which manifests itself in attitudes and behaviours, especially among the younger generation, not always positive. LDCs are complex facilities, consisting of storage areas, transport infrastructure for various transport branches, transhipment and storage equipment. They must have access to a land and/or sea long-distance transport route operated by means of local origins. They therefore include elements of the goods distribution system as well as transport network routes. These facilities deal with the coordination of logistics services (including transport) integrated with the flow of information, the quality control system and the provision of logistics services packages. The creation of logistics centres takes place as part of the development of new-generation seaports, by creating port logistic platforms, which become centres of comprehensive distribution of logistic services and economic growth poles in the development of regions. Ports of the whole of Europe, including Polish ones, such as: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Szczecin and Świnoujście aspire to such a role. Within them the logistic centres will satisfy needs of business entities.

As part of the political transformation, the Office of State Protection (Polish abbrev. UOP) was set up according to the Act of April 6, 1990. It replaced the previous civil intelligence and counterintelligence. In 2002, the Office was liquidated and replaced the Intelligence Agency (Polish abbrev. AW), and the Internal Security Agency (Polish abbrev. ABW) were established under the Act of May 24, 2002. The AW was created to protect the external security of the state, while the ABW was intended to protect the internal security of the state and its constitutional order. The mentioned Act divided the tasks between those services. Even though preventing and detecting crimes of corruption of public officers was one of the ABW's tasks, the Act of June 9, 2006, established the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (Polish abbrev. CBA), giving it the status of a special service, although the CBA performs typical police tasks. On the other hand, the Act of June 9, 2006, on the Military Counterintelligence Service (Polish abbrev. SKW) and the Military Intelligence Service (Polish abbrev. SWW) constituted a legal basis for the operation of both services in place of the liquidated Military Information Services (Polish abbrev. WSI). The article focuses on the services currently operating. The legal regulations constituting the basis for their functioning were analyzed. These are mainly competence acts, to which many amendments were introduced. They resulted, among others, from the implementation of directives and regulations of European institutions, decisions of the Constitutional Tribunal, the introduction of new laws, concerning, e.g., the establishment of the State Protection Service (Polish abbrev. SOP) or changes in the Marshal's Guard's powers. Attention was drawn to numerous ordinances amending the statutes, particularly as regards the ABW, and thus reorganizing the structures of offices.

The creation of new special services was also shown: the UOP and the WSI. The focus was on the new tasks that were set for them in connection with the democratic changes and new alliances. There were presented spectacular UOP actions, which contributed to raising the prestige of Poland on the international arena.

Free access to cyberspace for everyone makes the network full of threats. Particularly vulnerable are children whose minds are just developing. Inappropriate content can be harmful to them, leading to many serious disorders and health problems, both psychological and physical. It is therefore essential to observe basic safety rules, to educate the environment in which children are staying and to control the material being viewed. Research shows that the most important element of ensuring children safety is parental interest and control that is not possible without sufficient knowledge of the risks and how to counteract them. That is why it is so important to educate both children and parents who exercise such control. Helpful in this may be different types of guides, which are available in electronic or paper form. Parents can learn how to prevent dangers without leaving home.

There are a number of definitions both in expert publications and in government documents, which can help to understand what cyberspace is. The changes that have taken place in the beginning of the IT revolution have led to the emergence of new types of cyber threats. A virtual reality user is free to use e-mail, social networking, a wide variety of websites or databases. All this is available anywhere on the ground, the only limitation is the device for Internet access and network coverage. The multiplicity of both portable and fixed devices makes access to cyberspace ever easier. Younger children are getting their mobile devices as a gift, guaranteeing them free surfing the Internet. Old ways of spending free time disappear. Family walks, outdoor fun, playing football with friends is a thing of the past. Fewer children spend time in this way, most of them choose cyberspace.

It is one of the most difficult problems faced by teachers and directors of Polish schools. Nowadays, when life is full of diversity, it is difficult to avoid contact with the world of violence and threats. Teachers and school principals, wanting to cope with the existing problems, are doomed to constantly search for newer solutions to ensure safety, especially in primary school and junior high schools. Considering the above considerations it is indicated that the sense of safety of students is largely dependent on the school providing it as the institution responsible for the development and shaping of the growing generation. The authors recognize the validity of the subject in the research, the results of which are presented in the article.

The acts of aggression are often directed at random persons and not involve any personal accounts. The phenomena related to aggression and violence in the school environment are the subject of detailed analyzes and studies of the Ministry of Education, which consistently introduces systemic solutions aimed at limiting their size. A school is a place where a child learns, acquires new experiences, shapes their relations with the environment. How the young person will behave in a mature life depends on the proper implementation of the programs at school.
