Streszczenie: Celem niniejszego artykułu była charakterystyka działalności organizacji pozarządowych na przykładzie Tatrzańskiego Ochotniczego Pogotowia Ratunkowego. Za cel obrano również określenie wpływu działalności tychże organizacji na budowanie bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego państwa oraz poczucia bezpieczeństwa obywateli. W pierwszej części opisano organizacje pozarządowe, ich rolę dla współczesnych państw, ramy prawne, w jakich funkcjonują, oraz określono ich definicje. Kolejno wyodrębnione zostały organizacje działające jako społeczne organizacje ratownicze, przedstawiono ich charakterystykę, przykładowe podmioty, a także ich udział w zarządzaniu kryzysowym. W głównej części skupiono się na ratownictwie górskim, omawiając jego działalność, biorąc za przykład interwencje podejmowane przez Tatrzańskie Ochotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe w 2022 r. Główny problem przedstawiono w formie pytania: Jaki wpływ ma działalność społecznych organizacji ratunkowych na budowanie bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego państwa oraz poczucia bezpieczeństwa obywateli? Dla tak sformułowanego problemu badawczego przyjęto następującą hipotezę badawczą: Przypadki incydentów rejestrowanych w ostatnich latach oraz efektywna działalność TOPR wobec zaistniałych incydentów jest niezbitym dowodem na wpływ tego rodzaju organizacji na poziom bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego państwa oraz poczucia bezpieczeństwa obywateli. W celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na postawiony problem badawczy posłużono się metodami jakościowymi. W ramach badania skorzystano z najnowszych statystyk dotyczących działalności społecznych organizacji ratunkowych przedstawionych w dokumentach i raportach w latach 2018-2022, a także przeprowadzono analizę w oparciu o artykuły naukowe z ostatnich lat. Informacje pozyskane zostały również z krajowych aktów prawnych.

Streszczenie: Broad Internet access has many challenges, and often the Internet can be used for illegal purposes. Free access to cyberspace for everyone makes the network full of threats. Particularly vulnerable are children whose minds are just developing. Inappropriate content can be harmful to them, leading to many serious disorders and health problems, both psychological and physical. It is therefore essential to observe basic safety rules, to educate the environment in which children are staying and to control the material being viewed. Research shows that the most important element of ensuring children safety is parental interest and control that is not possible without sufficient knowledge of the risks and how to counteract them. That is why it is so important to educate both children and parents who exercise such control. Helpful in this may be different types of guides, which are available in electronic or paper form. Parents can learn how to prevent dangers without leaving home.

Streszczenie: The article attempts to present the cyberspace environment, the threats it poses to children, and how to counter them. There are a number of definitions both in expert publications and in government documents, which can help to understand what cyberspace is. The changes that have taken place in the beginning of the IT revolution have led to the emergence of new types of cyber threats. A virtual reality user is free to use e-mail, social networking, a wide variety of websites or databases. All this is available anywhere on the ground, the only limitation is the device for Internet access and network coverage. The multiplicity of both portable and fixed devices makes access to cyberspace ever easier. Younger children are getting their mobile devices as a gift, guaranteeing them free surfing the Internet. Old ways of spending free time disappear. Family walks, outdoor fun, playing football with friends is a thing of the past. Fewer children spend time in this way, most of them choose cyberspace.

Streszczenie: Feeling and ensuring security in a Polish school is still a valid and very important topic. It is one of the most difficult problems faced by teachers and directors of Polish schools. Nowadays, when life is full of diversity, it is difficult to avoid contact with the world of violence and threats. Teachers and school principals, wanting to cope with the existing problems, are doomed to constantly search for newer solutions to ensure safety, especially in primary school and junior high schools. Considering the above considerations it is indicated that the sense of safety of students is largely dependent on the school providing it as the institution responsible for the development and shaping of the growing generation. The authors recognize the validity of the subject in the research, the results of which are presented in the article.

Streszczenie: In the modern world, violence and aggression among young people are increasingly common phenomena caused by many reasons These include (but is not limited to) biological factors inherent in the child itself, violence from the closest surrounding (the guardians' repressions as a means of education), as well as environmental factors, including school. The acts of aggression are often directed at random persons and not involve any personal accounts. The phenomena related to aggression and violence in the school environment are the subject of detailed analyzes and studies of the Ministry of Education, which consistently introduces systemic solutions aimed at limiting their size. A school is a place where a child learns, acquires new experiences, shapes their relations with the environment. How the young person will behave in a mature life depends on the proper implementation of the programs at school.

Streszczenie: The article discusses the issue of the role of managers in the processes of motivating employees in businesses. The concept and the essence of motivation, motivating and motivational system are characterized. Then, motivation is discussed as an element of human resources management and the role of the manager in the process of motivating employees is identified. In the last part, considerations on ways of motivating employees on the example of upper and middle-level personnel are presented. It is emphasized that the creation of an optimal motivating system is undoubtedly an important element of human resources management, affecting the effectiveness of the employees. On the other hand, the success of the enterprise depends on employees' commitment to work, which is possible only thanks to effective motivation. Unfortunately, employers still fail to notice this regularity. Challenges related to effective motivation in contemporary enterprises are significant, also taking into account the fact that the employers are not aware of the reality regarding the perception of the needs and expectations of their employees

Streszczenie: The article discusses the issue of organization planning and organization in crisis situations. The discussion began with a discussion of the concept of the crisis, and then described the causes of crisis phenomena that might occur in the enterprise. The focus of anti-crisis diagnosis of the company and its surroundings was also highlighted, to show the principles of rational anti-crisis planning. The article also discusses the methodology of anti-crisis management, pointing to its eight elements illustrating the sequence of various operations and their groups in the process of making and executing managerial decisions that will allow the company to exit the crisis. It was noted that effective anticipation of potential emergencies favors using the anticipatory management methodology. It also shows how the implementation of an anti-crisis plan looks like from the actions of the managers taking part in the implementation of the chosen strategy, ending with issues of evaluation and control of its implementation.

Streszczenie: Daily life of the state and its citizens force the need to prepare and counteract various threats. The mere fact of defining, monitoring and acting on their faces, and preventing and minimizing their effects, is a huge challenge for institutions involved in crisis management. The paper focuses on discussing concepts such as crisis, crisis, crisis management, which is the basis for describing one of the crisis management phases as defined in the literature of the subject as a response. This topic explores the principles of public administration cooperation and its crisis management tasks at various levels. More detail was given to the procedures for launching the actions provided in the crisis response plan on the example of the municipality, a scheme for circulating information, alerting, alerting and alerting the municipality.
