Zabiegi mechaniczno-chemiczne zapewniły zarówno większe plony uprawianych odmian, jak i większą nadwyżkę bezpośrednią.^akoszty ekonomiczne^aedible potato^aThe aim of this study was to compare the production-economic results of three edible potato cultivars (Eurostar, Jurek and Mazur) taking into account two different ways of plantation care against weeds. The first way of protection included only mechanical treatments - weeding was performed three times: twice weeding before emergence and once weeding combined with harrowing. The second method of plantation care included double dunging and application of a plant protection product - herbicide, the active substance of which is clomazone (60 g/l) and metribuzin (233 g/l). Before emergence, weeding was applied twice and immediately after the last weeding - about 7 days before the appearance of the first potato plant emergence (BBCH 00-08) a chemical treatment with the herbicide at a dose of 1.5 l/ha was performed. The research material consisted of tubers of three edible potato cultivars from a two-year field experiment (2021-2022). Production value, cultivation costs and gross margin were calculated for the three tested edible potato varieties (Eurostar, Jurek and Mazur) on average for the two years of the study (2021-2022). Research hypothesis; biostimulants can contribute to the change of vitamin C content in edible potato tubers. This hypothesis was verified in a three-year field experiment. The effect of four variants of the use of biostimulators: BrownBio Gold (auxin and cytokinin), GreenOk (humic substances), Kelpak SL (Ecklonia maxima), Titanit (titanium) in tubers of three potato cultivars on the content of vitamin C. The applied biostimulants had a significant impact on the content of vitamin C. The highest increase of this component was found in tubers harvested from the plots sprayed with BrownBio Gold. Vitamin C content under the influence of biostimulants was on average 205.0 mgˇkg-1 of fresh weight. Hydrothermal condit : Vol. 71 : 1651-1913

The purpose of the study was to identify the impact of the microbiological preparation UGmax on the content of crude and true protein in edible potato tubers. The experiment was established according to randomized split-plot method, in three replications. The examined factors included: I - cultivar, II - way of application of the microbiological preparation UGmax. The assessment covered two medium early cultivars of potato (Satina and Tajfun) and five methods of application of the UGmax preparation, differing in doses and timing of application. Crude and true protein content in potato tubers was higher on all objects, on which the microbiological preparation UGmax was applied, regardless of dose and timing of application, in comparison with a control object, where the UGmax preparation was not used. Chemical analyses indicated that more crude and true protein was accumulated by the Satina cultivar than the Tajfun cultivar. Crude and true protein content in potato tubers was determined by weather factors in the period of conduct of the experiment. The largest quantity of the concerned components was accumulated by tubers in the vegetation period of 2009, when, in July, low quantity of precipitation (26.4 mm) and optimal air temperature was recorded for growth and development of potato plants (19.4 C).Mystkowska, Iwonapotatomicrobiological preparation UGmax : 99984915.0000015.000PUNKTACJA KBNPUNKTACJA MINISTERSTWALISTA FILADELFIJSKAIMPACT FACTOR15.000PUNKTACJA UWM : 009984.000 : A : 003 : Vol. 27 : OTHER

Charakterystyka wg MNiSW: o assess the impact of application of biostimulators and herbicide on the selected sensory quality feature of table potato tubers (color of tuber flesh, cooking type and darkening of raw and boiled tuber flesh). The experiment was established in three replications, using the randomized split-block system method, with the first factor being three early cultivars of edible potato: (Bellarosa, Owacja, Vineta), and the second one: five methods of use of growth biostimulators: GreenOK - Universal-PRO and Asahi SL, as well as their combination with the herbicide Avatar 293 ZC. On the basis of the obtained results, it was demonstrated that the color of tuber flesh depended substantially on the cultivars being grown. No significant impact of the experiment factors on the cooking type was proven. On the other hand, darkening of raw and boiled tuber flesh depended substantially on the cultivars being grown, methods of application of biostimulators and herbicide, as well as weather conditions during the vegetation period of potato plants.^ajakość sensoryczna^asensory quality^abiostymulatory^abiostimulators^aherbicydy^aherbicides
