Streszczenie: Głównym celem niniejszego artykułu jest charakterystyka Sił Zbrojnych RP. W opracowaniu wykorzystano metody jakościowe a za źródło informacji posłużyła głównie analiza treści dokumentów i literatury przedmiotu. W pierwszej części artykułu autorzy przedstawiają podstawowe zmiany oraz założenia Ustawy o obronie Ojczyzny z dnia 11.03.2022 r. Następnie charakteryzują Siły Zbrojne RP. W głównej części autorzy skupiają się na strukturze i zadaniach Sił Zbrojnych RP. Podsumowując, zwracają uwagę na rolę jaką pełnia służby zbrojne w aspekcie militarnym, jak również cywilnym. Celem badań jest określenie roli Sił Zbrojnych RP w systemie bezpieczeństwa RP oraz aktualizacja zadań oraz struktury Sił Zbrojnych wprowadzonych przez nowe regulacje prawne. W opracowaniu wykorzystano metody jakościowe a za źródło informacji posłużyła głównie analiza treści dokumentów. Literatura przedmiotu posłużyła jako uzupełnienie wybranych zagadnień. Problem główny dociekań sprowadza się do pytania: Jakie zadania pełnią Siły Zbrojnych RP w systemie bezpieczeństwa RP oraz jakie zmiany wnoszą w jej struktur nowe regulacje prawne? Aby udzielić odpowiedzi na powyższe pytanie, należy rozważyć następujące kwestie: 1. Co zmienia ustawa o obronie ojczyzny z 11 marca 2022 r. w zakresie obronności, w tym Sił Zbrojnych RP? 2. Jakie są rodzaje Sił Zbrojnych RP i jakie wykonują zadania? 3. Jaka jest rola organów dowodzenia Sił Zbrojnych RP w podsystemie kierowania obronnością?
Streszczenie: The main purpose of this article is to characterize the Polish Armed Forces. The study uses qualitative methods and the source of information was mainly the analysis of the content of documents and literature on the subject. In the fi rst part of the article, the authors present the basic changes and assumptions of the Homeland Defense Act of March 11, 2022. Then they characterize the Polish Armed Forces. In the main part, the authors focus on the structure and tasks of the Polish Armed Forces. Summing up, they draw attention to the role played by the armed services in the military as well as civilian aspect. The aim of the research is to determine the role of the Polish Armed Forces in the security system of the Republic of Poland and to update the tasks and structure of the Polish Armed Forces introduced by new legal regulations. The study uses qualitative methods and the source of information was mainly the analysis of the content of documents. The literature on the subject served as a supplement to selected issues. The main problem of the research boils down to the question: What are the tasks of the Polish Armed Forces in the security system of the Republic of Poland and what changes do the new legal regulations bring to its structure? To answer this question, consider the following: 1. What does the Homeland Defense Act of March 11, 2022 change in the fi eld of defence, including the Polish Armed Forces? 2. What are the types of the Polish Armed Forces and what tasks do they perform? 3. What is the role of command bodies of the Polish Armed Forces in the defense management subsystem?
