Streszczenie: The research was carried out in 2018-2021 at the Zawady Agricultural Experimental Station, in Poland. The experiment was carried out in three repetitions in a split-plot system. The factors of the experiment were three morphotypes of winter oilseed rape: population, long-stemmed, semi-dwarf. The second factor of the experiment were three ways of using the preparations: 1. Control, 2. Soil conditioner, 3. Inorganic biostimulator containing PK, 4. Si biostimulant (plant resistant biostimulant). The aim was to investigate whether the use of soil preparations containing microorganisms and micro- and macro-elements or the foliar application of stimulants containing phosphorus, potassium and silicon would have a better effect on the quality of seeds, i.e.: total protein, crude fat and crude fibre of three different morphotypes of winter oilseed rape. The research showed that the highest concentration of total protein and crude fat was found in the semi-dwarf heterosis morphotype, while the population form had the highest content of crude fibre. In all tested cultivars, after the application of preparations containing potassium and phosphorus and on objects where silicon was used, there was a significant decrease in protein concentration. Research has shown that the best feed and utility value of seeds was obtained in areas where phosphorus and potassium were applied in a foliar manner. However, in the case of the traditional variety and the long-stemmed hybrid, the differences in fat content were statistically insignificant in all objects with biostimulating preparations, while in the case of the semi-dwarf hybrid, this tendency was demonstrated only in the objects with the organic and silicon-containing preparations. All of the tested cultivars were distinguished by the highest concentration of total protein, fat and crude fibre as well as fibre in the season with the lowest annual rainfall.

Streszczenie: The objective of the study was to determine the effect of the experimental factors on the seed quality of three winter oilseed rape cultivars. The following factors were studied: I-three winter oilseed rape morphotypes: population, hybrid restored characterised by a semi-dwarf growth pattern, hybrid restored characterised by a conventional growth pattern; II-two sowing methods: a spacing of 22.5 cm, a spacing of 45.0 cm; III-four types of biostimulants: control-no biostimulants, the biostimulant TytanitŽ, AsahiŽSL, SilvitŽ. Seed samples were subjected to chemical analysis to determine: crude oil, total protein and crude fibre. Natural stimulants of plant growth and development contributed to an increase in crude oil ranging from 7.4 to 9.5 g kg-1 d.m., on average, compared with control. The biostimulants applied did not affect total protein content which was, however, affected by meteorological conditions in individual study years as well as the genetic factor. Biostimulants increased crude fibre content compared with control.

Streszczenie: The research results are based on a three-year field experiment conducted in the Agricultural Experimental Station belonging to the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce. The purpose of the study was to identify the impact of the microbiological preparation UGmax on the content of crude and true protein in edible potato tubers. The experiment was established according to randomized split-plot method, in three replications. The examined factors included: I - cultivar, II - way of application of the microbiological preparation UGmax. The assessment covered two medium early cultivars of potato (Satina and Tajfun) and five methods of application of the UGmax preparation, differing in doses and timing of application. Crude and true protein content in potato tubers was higher on all objects, on which the microbiological preparation UGmax was applied, regardless of dose and timing of application, in comparison with a control object, where the UGmax preparation was not used. Chemical analyses indicated that more crude and true protein was accumulated by the Satina cultivar than the Tajfun cultivar. Crude and true protein content in potato tubers was determined by weather factors in the period of conduct of the experiment. The largest quantity of the concerned components was accumulated by tubers in the vegetation period of 2009, when, in July, low quantity of precipitation (26.4 mm) and optimal air temperature was recorded for growth and development of potato plants (19.4 C).
