It is difficult to state clearly which of them are the most important ones. However, it can be said that a right human material is necessary for success in sport. At the same time players with specific predispositions and highly qualified trainers, who together with their mentees aim at a specific goal to a certain degree, are needed. Researchers have already dealt with the designation of the most important predictors of sporting success in the last century. The process of determining the gradation of factors is extremely difficult and complicated. Nevertheless, it is the player's relationship with the coach that seems to be one of the most important aspects in the training process. Hence, the purpose of the work is to try to describe recruitment processes for the position of a trainer in Poland. Referring to the hypotheses and research questions, the authors showed some premises that might affect the selection of trainers in sport. Moreover, they might have some impact on the position of Polish sports disciplines in world rankings.trainingtraining systemsport.

This may be associated with an increased risk of injury and traumas. This study aimed to evaluate the prevalence and locations of injuries and the types of trauma suffered by goalball players. Methods: The study covered 43 players (24 women and 19 men) of the Goalball European Championship. A questionnaire survey was conducted. Results: The injuries were reported by 44%. Most often they concerned the upper limbs (92%). Positive correlations were found between age and prevalence of pelvis and knee joint injuries, whereas negative correlations occurred between competitive experience and the prevalence and location of injuries in the area of the upper limb. The highest percentage of trauma was found for epidermal abrasions, contusions, and dislocations. A negative correlation was observed between age and the prevalence of epidermal abrasions, whereas a positive correlation occurred between age and the prevalence of sprains and dislocations. The competitive experience was negatively correlated with the prevalence of abrasions and contusions and positively correlated with the prevalence of sprains and dislocations. A statistically significant correlation was found between body mass (BM) and the prevalence of injuries. In 23% of cases, training was interrupted for more than one month, whereas in 43%, the break was below one month. Conclusions: Playing position in goalball does not affect the prevalence of injuries and traumas, while body mass has a moderate effect on the prevalence of these events. Niniejsze opracowanie ma na celu zaprezentowanie przypadku grupy 30 studentów, którzy korzystali z internetowego kursu - Elektroniczna Platforma Logistyczna - przygotowanego przez Instytut Logistyki i Magazynowania w Poznaniu. W artykule przedstawiono istotę rozwiązań e-learningowych, charakterystykę i możliwości Elektronicznej Platformy Logistycznej, definicję oceny skuteczności i efektywności szkolenia. Za cel badania przyjęto próbę oceny efektywności internetowego szkolenia na odległość w zakresie logistyki z wykorzystaniem statystycznej analizy testów kompetencji, którym zostali poddani studenci na wejściu (przed szkoleniem) i wyjściu (po szkoleniu). This study aims to present the case of a group of 30 students who used the online course - Electronic Logistics Platform - prepared by the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing in Poznan. The article presents the essence of e-learning solutions, the characteristics and capabilities of the Electronic Logistics Platform, the definition of the effectiveness and efficiency assessment of the training. For the aim of research, an attempt to evaluate the e-learning effectiveness in the field of logistics using statistical analysis of competency tests, which students were subjected to at the entrance (before training) and exit (after training) was adopted.
