The aim of the article is to present some selected attitudes towards health in literature to show their positive and negative sides. Understanding attitudes towards human health is one of the ways of understanding and explaining the consequences of healthy and unhealthy behaviours towards oneself, others and the environment. The paper presents different attitudes towards health in a tabular and narrative form. W pracy wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego z zastosowaniem ankiety i wywiadu. W badaniach wzięło udział 88 studentów Pedagogiki, Socjologii oraz Turystyki i Rekreacji, w tym 56 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn. Stwierdzono, iż studenci dość dobrze orientują się w problemach życiowych osób z niepełnosprawnością, wykazujua pozytywną postawę wobec nich, lecz niektórzy odczuwają zakłopotanie podczas wspólnych spotkań. Niemal połowa prawidłowo definiuje pojęcie "osoba niepełnosprawna" a najpowazniejszym ograniczeniem jest według wiekszości choroba psychiczna. The method of diagnostic survey with the application of questionnaire and interview has been used for the purpose of this study. The research involved 88 students of Education Studeis, Social Studies and Tourism and Recreation, including 56 female and 32 male students. It was discovered that the students are quite familiar with the life problems of the disabled persons, indicate positive attitude towards others, however, some of them experience awardness upon meeting them. Almost half of students correctly define the concept of a "disabled person" and the most significant constraint according to the majority is mental disease. Large number of the researched accepts integration-targeted solutions in the framework of school education, although half of them indicated that their implementation is dependent on the degree and type of disability.^apostawy^aattitudes
